[NCDXA] NCDXA support of 3D2Y DXpedtion to Rotuma Island as requested by life member W0VTT( ex W3MC)

Dear members,   Our tradition in NCDXA is to fully support DXpeditions
which have a NCDXA member as part of the team.  Mike Cisek  made the
request for NCDXA support of 3D2Y a while ago which will commence in
November.  I would like to get responses from all members ASAP, whether or
not they approve of the expenditure.

The NCDXA directors fully support this expenditure.  I have attached th3
3D2Y  info sheet to this email.
