[NCDXA] Our member Brian Treadwell WV4V, who lives just North of Tampa, has had his house inundated with water.

Members,  I got a call this morning from Brian letting me know that the
water line in his house came up to a level of two feet. The water came over
the storm wall which was between him and the canal.  All furniture is
ruined, all flooring is ruined, appliances most probably are all ruined,
Radios were above the 2 feet waterline, so he thinks they are okay.. Brian
weathered the storm at a friend's house 30 miles away from his and he is
temporarily going to be staying there. He is talking about getting a
motel.hotel room because it is going to be a long time until his house is
habitable again.

I asked Brian to let us know if there is anything we can help him with.  He
is properly insured, probably even for the extended temporary housing of a
motel.

Best 73 to all and hope no one else suffered any loss due to
Hurricane Helene. PLese let us know if you did.
