[NCDXA] Annual Meeting of NCDXA - C ( Part II) ALL HANDS ARE NEEDED ON THUIS COMING SATURDAY MORNING

To all members,

This is an announcement of the Annual meeting of NCDXA-C  (Part II)
necessitated due to the thin attendance at the October 23rd Annual meeting
( Part I) .   The subject meeting will be held at 11AM, eastern time on
Saturday 12/20/25. Zoom info is found below.

On October 23rd, we were to select officers for the next two years, thank
everyone for sending in their annual dues, and present plans for DXpedition
support and other activities cogent to the membership's interests for the
upcoming year. We will strive to complete all three objectives this coming
Saturday.

One Director's position for a 2 year term will be available; it is
presently held by Mark Scott, K4MV. Howard, AE3T , citing other demands on
his time, has asked if someone would step in and take the last year of his
current term as Director. If you can step forward to fill  either position,
please let me know as soon as possible.

In addition we  still need a member to step forward to be the secretary for
the group.  That position has been made much less cumbersome due to the
fact that Zoom's A/I engines produce almost-ready-to-publish minutes of all
of our meetings.

Please make every effort to come to the meeting.
