[NCDXA] Proposed change to Article IV, Section 4.1, Paragraph 3 - Submission to membership for an email vote.

To all members,

Find attached a proposed change to the NCDXA-C Bylaws, intended to attract
new members by compressing the time interval between 1st and 2nd meetings.
from the present 2 months to as little as two weeks.  Please review
the changes, and submit a Yes or a No vote on its adoption into the
referenced section. If you flag a problem, please let me know ASAP so we
can discuss and resolve the matter.
