[NCDXA] Revision B of the Bylaws

Members:   I have asked our Site master Rick K1MU to replace the present By
law Revision A with the new Revision B which contains the changes approved
by a majority of the members.  I solicited number 25 "yea" directly from
Dick WN3R , at lunch today.  He made 25  " yeas."  Thank you again to all
members who voted.  The revision B version should be on our website within
a short time.
