[NCDXA] Vote via email for support to DXpeditions for Operating year 24-25.

Folks,  Greetings  and I hope that you are all well in spite of the quite
warmish weather. The Director's met today to develop our recommendations
for  requests for monetary support from 5 near term DXpeditions.

Please refer to our Candidate DXpeditions Sheet, maintained by Mike, W3IP .
containing information from various groups requesting monetary support from
NCDXA-C.

Our recommendations are:

$250 to St Peter and Paul Rocks PY0S    $250
British Virgin Islands VP2VRX and Sba Island PJ6Y   $100 each
Micronesia V6D   NO
Equatorial Guinea   3C3MD    NO

(This extra $450 expenditure from our 24-25 operating year budget, exceeds
normal $1000 per year , by $50. Presently we have $3465.32 in the 24/25
NCDXA-C account. )

Please review the information presented on the Master sheet for each
endeavor.

Please vote  a or b.  Submit response to me via email, Acting Secretary for
NCDXA-C.
a) *in agreement with the recommendations*, or
b) *not in agreement with recommendations - please include your
alternate funding plan for these five near term DXpeditions. *

Voting starts *now* and runs through 2359 Eastern time, 13 July 2025.
