To all members, Sorry for the short fuse. I had advised earlier this month
that 10/23 would be the Annual meeting date.  I held off the notice because
I was expecting that the FCC Enforcement Bureau Leader would get approval
for his discussion, by now. The government is moving at a snail's pace
these days so no speaker and the short fuse.
