[NCDXA] Notice of General Membership meeting and presentation of Bouvet Island DX-pedition

Sorry for the late notice of the meeting. Adrian KO8SCA, a
prominent member of the recent 3Y0K Bouvet Island DXpedition, has agreed to
share with NCDXA his detailed presentation of the experience. This will be
the main item on the agenda for the meeting. If anyone has additional
topics that need to be presented /discussed, please let me know.
