[NCDXA] DXpedition Support voting results

To all members, At the present time we have 41 active members and have
received "Concur" from 21 members. Thank you to all who have voted.

We will direct our Treasurer to Fund the following three DXpeditions at the
$250 level.

Nov 2026    Christmas Island   VK9XY  Youth group led by Max, N4ML 22 years
old. (Experienced mentors will accompany the group)
Nov 2026     Tokelau Island       (Call ZK3 ??TBD)  Perseverance Group
