[NCDXA] 2026 Propagation forecast presentation

"Cycle 25 - Expectations in 2026" by Carl Lutezelschwab, K9LA, is the next
presentation  at the MDXC meeting.  The club says he will "give an update
on
Cycle 25 and follow up with discussion of the expected propagation for this
year on the higher HF bands (including 6M), the lower HF bands (including
160M) and the middle HF bands." This is tomorrow evening, February 10
