[NCDXA] DXpedition Support- Recommendations from NCDXA Directors

To all,   Please find attached recommendations from the Directors for
support to two 2026 and one 2027 DXpeditions.  NCDXA has only supported two
DXpeditions in the 25-26 Fiscal year, so far: AU7RS and S21D. We have the
funds to support the two 2026 Dxpeditions. For the 2027 DXpedition, the
plan is to use our monetary reserves now, and pay the treasury back after
we collect 26-27 dues.

Please vote to concur /not concur with the recommendations . You can
approve all, 2 or just 1 by your vote but please provide your reasons for
opposing a recommendation(s)

Please direct any questions to me and I'll take them up with the other
directors.
