[NCDXA] DXpedition Support- Recommendations from NCDXA Directors

Im still shut down from strong electrical storms last night (and rehab
today) so I haven’t seen the recommendations for the groups yet. The chart
doesn’t read easily on this phone.
However, I’m not given to swimming upstream. It appears everyone else is in
favor of funding as presented. As I have implicit trust in those advancing
the proposal I’m going to take a chance and vote YES, I CONCUR.
Swimming with the tide is so much more enjoyable. vic
