[NCDXA] Brian Treadwell

Gents,  I heard from the Tampa Amateur Radio Club, where Brian Treadwell
was also a member, that he indeed had passed away this past spring.  He was
a long time member of NCDXA who served as our secretary for a short while
until his illness took over his life.

We will show him as A SK on our roster.
