<div><font style="background-color: transparent;">I regret to inform you that Brian Bayus, N1KC passed at around 2100 hrs today.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I spoke with his daughter Katherine around 2200 hrs and she let me know of his passing.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; At this time arrangements are pending.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; When I receive further information I will pass it on.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I am sending this out to the people I know about and request that you pass it along to all those you think should be informed.</font></div>
