<div dir="ltr">On the subject of Fowlfest.<div>It is possible for me to set up the ability for anyone that wishes to order the same T-shirts we got last year to do so directly online from the supplier. However, I would have to guarantee a minimum quantity to set the price. If the minimum is not met, the order would be cancelled at the set deadline with no further obligation.</div><div><br></div><div>Let me know off-reflector if you're a candidate so I can see if it's worth setting up. Per the new status of Fowlfest as non-paid club activity here are the new instructions on how to pay in advance to confirm your attendance...<br>

To confirm your attendance, two actions are required. You need to send an email by August 11 to <a href="mailto:jimw3nrj@yahoo.com">jimw3nrj@yahoo.com</a> detailing the number of people (yourself and others) you will be bringing. You also must send a non-refundable check for $13.65 on August 11 times the number of people you will be bringing. The check must be payable to James Locke and sent to James Locke W3NRJ 15301 Turkey Foot Rd. Darnestown MD 20878. All checks must be received by Tuesday August 16. WRITE YOUR EMAIL ON THE CHECK PLEASE.<br>

We have always had an attendance total of 45-50 people for Fowlfest over the past few years. Your hosts deem at lest 33 total attendees will be required for this effort. In the event that we do not receive the minimum of 33 reservations, we will not hold the Fowlfest and W3NRJ will notify you that your check is being destroyed via the email written on your check.
