President and Secretary were open for nominations. Fred volunteered that he
would be happy to continue as President. Jim Locke was not going to continue as
Secretary, and no one offered themselves or anybody else for that position.
Fred made the offer to do it temporarily until he could find someone willing to
serve as Secretary. Fred was unanimously elected president for another 2 years.

membership certificate. He offered to be the owner of that part of club
operations. He had composed a sample certificate and will forward it to Fred

out certificate. Rick Hanby was forwarding blank copies of old certificates to
Fred. John Kanode showed everyone his copy of his 1973 NCDXA membership
