<div>BTW, was we get into <span style="font-size: 14pt;" data-mce-style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>cycle 19</strong></span> I noticed that goo propagation condx on top-band are becoming rare.</div>

<div>I checked ON4Un's book, but he said that condx should remain the same. That doesn't sound right based on some of my other readings, and my personal experience.</div>
