We have 42 full paid members and have received 21 Yea votes. Therefore the board will move forward with the stated Proposal. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:georgia,serif;font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:georgia,serif;font-size:small">The present accountant has been notified of our intentions. with our new ID Number, to the IRS, to apply for exemption
from taxes. This will allow simple filing of yearly tax

will be established at Wells Fargo bank which will contain
all of the funds of the present account (<span style="color:black;font-family:Calibri;font-size:12pt">$5475.34) </span>minus
the $170.00. We will close the present United Bank account
and transfer all funds to the new account. </div>
