<div style="color:black;font:10pt arial;">Hello DXers,
<div><br>
</div>
<div>It's been a little over three weeks, and I provide this info to let everyone know of my successes and failures. I'm having such a great time with FT8, and I am very impressed by the technology. </div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I achieved LoTW confirmed FT8 digital WAS and DXCC in one week. </div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>It's been a little over three weeks now, and I just made 151 countries LoTW. I also worked RD0B on 10 in Zone 18 as did W3LL, but no confirmation there. My misses were ET3AA, 4U1ITU, JY, HH2AA, and a few others.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I have QSOs with maybe 10 more that are not on LoTW. These are 4S7AB that I worked on two bands, 5A1AL, HH, EY, etc. The 5A1AL on 15 was an ATNO for me. No LoTW from him yet, although I "bought" a QSL via ClubLog for a LoTW upload.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I am amazed by the excellent propagation on 30 meters, especially in the morning at 7:00-8:00 AM; and in the evening. I have worked 9N7AA, 4S7AB, HL, YB, and numerous JA's. The oddest thing is that I have Zones 18 and 19 LoTW confirmed, but not Zone 17. All that with 200 watts on an inefficient vertical antenna. </div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I have 39 Zones confirmed on LoTW, missing Zone 34. UB0Y was my 39th zone, and that LoTW confirmation required that I help Sergey get properly registered. Regarding Zone 34, I am currently helping Z81D, Diya, renew his license. I engaged the IARU president Tim Ellam who intervened. (Diya and I go back to 2003-4 when I was the regulator in Iraq, and he was the president of the Iraq ARS. We made great policy and regulations.) Hope that Diya can get renewed and on so I can get Zone 34. </div>

<div>I would greatly appreciate your comments.</div>
