In addition this invitation is also going out to the W3 Bureau Sorters who have great interest in the future plans for the Bureau. We have to elect three Directors, one being the Lead Director, two for two year terms and one for one year term. The directors will have the responsibility of creating Club By-Laws and presenting them the membership for approval within 2 months after the election. </div><div class="gmail_default">2.) We have to decide whether or not to have a separate Treasurer and Secretary </div><div class="gmail_default">3.)
