I was told I could arrange for staff to send out a \xe2\x80\x9cnewsletter\xe2\x80\x9d of happenings, but I doubt I would be permitted to speak frankly to my constituents \xe2\x80\x93 that\n would be edited out or considered not a newsletter. I am not permitted to have your email addresses either which I can understand.
