[NCDXA] DXCC East Convention, Dinner Registration Reminder - NCDXA Reminder

Hello NCDXA Members:
 
Good morning to each of you. It's at about 1:52 AM here in Mt. Airy and I just woke up to do a few emails before starting my busy day.
 
The first thing on my mind was our convention coming up on Aug. 25.
 
It looks like we have a great showing of PVRC members coming (qty 47 confirmed so far) to our convention plus dinner on Aug. 25, 2012.
 
Since we are sponsoring this event, we want to get as close to 100% NCDXA participation as possible. Currently, NCDXA has 51 Members and 25 are confirmed with 2 unable to come since they are out of the country. I greatly appreciate those of our members who have already registered on-line at:

I want to remind everyone that we have three great and expensive Grand Prizes that will be given away to people who register for the dinner. The Grand Prizes are an FT-2000, IC-7600 and ACOM-1010.
 
We currently have 91 people registered plus another 5 who plan to come. Our goal to break even is 150. Your odds of winning one of these prizes is 1/150 - I would say you have a pretty good chance - you just need to come :). As always, in order to get our sponsors to donate again next year, we need to make sure we have an all out effort to make a great showing. Your participation is critical to our success.
 
For planning purposes and to ensure we have all our members taken care of for this convention dinner, I want to remind the NCDXA Members who have not registered yet to register using the above link as soon as possible. If you are unable to pay right away, but plan to come or if you not coming, just send me an email (k3lp at yahoo.com) so I can put you and others you plan to bring onto a planned coming list or remove you from the list.
