[NCDXA] Annual Meeting Announcement

Hi,

 

W2GPS and K3PU will be at the Microwave Update conference in Kentucky that
weekend. Thus, N3HMW will not be available either as she will be taking
advantage of my being out of town. I will be sorry to have missed two meetings
in a row.

Hello NCDXA Members

 

 

The NCDXA Annual Meeting will be held on the 19th of October at Anita's
Restaurant in Vienna, VA. 

 

Anita's is located at 521 E. Maple Ave (Route 123). From the Beltway take the
Route 123 South exit, pass through the Tysons Corner area and continue south
toward Vienna. As soon as you pass Westwood Country Club on the right, Anita's
will be on the left just past the second intersection.  Anita's number is 703
255-1001.

 

The meeting will follow the standard agenda: Socialization from 4:00 - 5:00 PM;
Meeting from 5:00 to 6:00 PM and Dinner from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. 

 

(Note: Anita's will make the private 2nd floor meeting  room available to the us
assuming that  20 - 25 members order dinner. Anita's will provide chips and
salsa from 4:00 to 5:00 PM; individual  beverages can be ordered from the bar.
>From 4:45 to 5:00 menus will be distributed and the waiters will take our dinner
orders.  The meals will be served once the meeting is over at which time
additional beverages can be purchased.)
