[NCDXA] Annual Meeting Announcement

Hi,

W6HGF will be on a DXPedition to Guantanamo Bay as KG4HF from 11-25 Oct,
so very sorry I will have to miss the meeting.  I hope to work all of
you that still need GTMO.
