[NCDXA] CQ DX Marathon

Greetings - 

I just sent in my CQ DX Marathon score to K9EL.  I was dreading the need to
manually fill out their spreadsheet, but discovered that AD1C (who else?)
has written a nice utility program to take an ADIF file and do all the work
automatically.  It works with DX4WIN, and probably several other logging
