[NCDXA] W3LPL Open House Rain or Shine

Although today's weather is ideal, heavy rain is forecast for tonight 
and Saturday morning. 

Tomorrow morning I'll evaluate the condition of the field where we 
normally park If its not sufficiently dry or if heavy rain is forecast 
during the afternoon, I'll close the field and parking will be a short 
walk (1/4 mile) south of W3LPL on Ellerslie Court. Handicapped 
people can park on my paved driveway. Of course, passengers 
can be dropped off at the end of my driveway.

If my field is closed, please do NOT park on the side of Hobbs Road. 
Those grassy areas are likely to be water saturated and you may have 
to call a tow truck then spend several hours cleaning up the ruts you 
left behind. Please don't try.
