[NCDXA] UPDATE: W3LPL Open House Rain or Shine

We've had no rain in nearly 48 hours so parking will be available on 
the field in front of the towers as usual. The entrance to the field will be 
a few feet further north than usual. If we do get showers this afternoon 
please be sure you don't allow your wheels to spin on the wet grass. 

I have plenty of shelter to duck the few scattered light showers that are 
forecast today, so there's no reason to let the weather change your plans.
