Hi Fred - I won't be at this meeting but I would hope you will keep me informed of the next one. It will occur closer to the Christmas meeting and I want to be sure you put on the agenda a reminder that my house will be available on any of three weekends in December: 3, 10 or 17. I will need the club to pick one at your next meeting because I have two other clubs who also want to use my house for a holiday party. I have told them NCDXA has priority.
Thanks in advance and I hope you have a full and successful meeting.
