[NCDXA] Smithsonian ARC NN3SI will be active on Field Day

To All,   I have the distinct honor to put the legendary NN3SI call on the
air , portable 3, for field day. Planned operation is 1D , which might
change to 1E, if a generator becomes available. I plan on both CW and SSB
activity from 10-80 meters. Looking forward to working each of you on FD.
