[NCDXA] Urgent Matter - Proposal to Membership to change corporate structure of NCDXA necessitated by resignation of President.

Per the Bylaws of the NCDXA we needed 50% of the full paid membership to
vote Yea for the proposal to pass.  We have 42 full paid members and have
received 21 Yea votes.  Therefore the board will move forward with the
stated Proposal.

The present accountant has been notified of our intentions. The treasurer
will continue to maintain ledgers so that the organizations' funds can be
accurately reported to the membership on a monthly basis.

Thank you and I know we are all praying for Fred's full and speedy
recuperation.
