Gentlemen, This needs a vote by the NCDXA membership BUT we have to have
our first formal meeting to elect directors and decide if we are going to
have a separate secretary position and separate treasurer position, I
will be calling for the membership meeting next week in a separate email.

So let's shelve this discussion until the proper time and place - our first
NCDXA formal meeting.
