[NCDXA] Do the Third Call Area Incoming Bureau Sorters and NCDXA want to maintain control over the W3 Bureau? Request for Volunteer to lead the Bureau.

Folks, We had previously asked if any of the NCDXA members would be willing
to step forward and take over the physical presence and leadership of the
Third Area Incoming QSL Bureau. No one has yet stepped forward. We are now
asking the Third Call Area Bureau sorters and the NCDXA members again, the
same question: Is there someone willing to have the Third Call Area Bureau
at their QTH and also capable of filling the empty shoes left by Fred's
passing? It is assumed that some NCDXA and Sorter group members would
assist in running the Bureau.
