[NCDXA] NCDXA Club Status

To all NCDXA Members and all Third Call Area Incoming QSL Bureau Sorters.

The founding NCDXA Club directors are waiting to receive the official
Articles of Incorporation for the newly formed NCDXA Club, a 501-C-7 Tax
Exempt Non-Stock MD Corporation- a club. The directors have decided to call
for the initial meeting of the new club shortly after we receive
the official Articles of Incorporation. We would like to invite ALL
members of the old NCDXA VA Corporation, and ALL W3 Bureau sorters to
become members of the newly formed club. We would also like to invite all
of the members of the previously mentioned two groups,  to attend that most
important initial meeting which will elect three directors, organize the
club IAW the members' desires, and very importantly, decide the
future plans for the Bureau. We hope that this meeting will occur within
the next two weeks which will be held via Zoom.

At this time, the directors are asking for nominees for elected directors.
We will be electing two, to two year terms, and one for a one year term.
This will ensure continuity of leadership in the future. Please submit your
names to me via email within the next week.

Thank you all for helping our combined group to transition to the future of
the Bureau and NCXDA.
