[NCDXA] Important Message to all NCDXA members and the W3 Sorter group.

Folks,  I want to bring you up to date on issues concerning the future of
the W3 Incoming QSL Bureau. We do not know what instructions Fred Laun left
in his will concerning the future of the W3 Bureau. We all know how he
cherished the Bureau and how it kept him going. We will not know for a
month the contents of the will, but we need to do some planning prior to
that information being made available.

We need a group , with members coming from both organizations addressed, to
step forward and commit to running the Bureau.  We need to ensure that the
W3 Bureau stays under the umbrella of the NCDXA Club, which was just formed
as a MD 501-C-7 organization.
If we don't get commitments from an ample group, we will lose the Bureau
operational leadership . It will be picked up by either a local general
Purpose Club, or by another DX club, such as NCDXA.

So, I am stepping forward and saying I will help to keep the Bureau
running under NCDXA and dedicate my time and efforts to Fred's memory. Who
