[NCDXA] Important Message to all NCDXA members and the W3 Sorter group.

Phil,

I'm happy to help, but I believe there are two items we (all the 
sorters) need to know first: what Fred's plan, ideas and suggestions 
were first.  Likewise, all of his side deals with other bureaus, 
financial commitment and, how much space is required to handle/store the 
cards. The second one is to clarify the relationship of two NCDXA 
entities/

As I'm still working (no plans yet to retire), I don't have the time nor 
space to take a leadership role. I will continue as the "Q" sorter and 
support the other functions as need be.

My thought is to  divide the various tasks required. I've listed the 
obvious ones. I'm sure there are others.

- Overall management of the bureau, including liaison with ARRL and 
foreign bureaus as Fred did.
- Dealing with the post office to receive incoming cards, post cards to 
sorters and/or other bureaus, and house and sort them.
- Set up and maintain a standardized system that all the sorters will 
use (tracking and accounting software, universal methods of payment, 
etc.)
- Maintain the website and update as necessary. I'd like to see a public 
facing link for bureau users that would allow them to query a database 
that has of all the sorters records of how many cards and how much 
postage (credits or whatever units we choose) that individual has.
