[NCDXA] St Helena Island DXpedition Proposal

Vic, I am looking for a thumbs up or down concerning general approval from
the membership to move ahead with a small exploratory committee to flesh
out the details. This would include timelines, costs with backup quotes,
and expected cash flow from the QSLing operations.
In addition, I am asking who might be interested in going and I would
expect those folks to comprise the exploratory committee along with Art, of
course.
Keep those cards and letters coming in on this subject
