[NCDXA] St Helena Island DXpedition Proposal

I’m sorry, guys. I’m too far gone to be mentally competent ALL the time. I
forgot that this is to be our own party. Having engineered an IOTA
expedition to Tangier Island a few years ago, I know a thing or two about
mounting expeditions. It IS a lot of work and the details are critically
important to the final result. We have excellent ops who have experience
all around the world. That is to say I trust you guys. When I was thinking
it was someone else putting it together I wanted my thumb on (or near) the
scale.

Phil, Art, you guys take the lead. I will be happy to provide whatever
non-strenuous assistance I can.

I wish you would go somewhere I could grab an ATNO, but there’s
nowhere left to go — P5? Pratas? San Félix?  Do what you can for me.
