[NCDXA] Assignment of the new manager for the W3 Incoming QSL Bureau

To all members,

The NCDXA Board of Directors has received an offer from, and
unanimously approved the appointment of, Jack Ference, W3KX, to be the new
W3 Incoming QSL Bureau Manager today. Filling the shoes of the late Fred
Laun, K3ZO,  Jack has offered to house and manage the subject Bureau at his
QTH in Dayton  MD. Jack has the support of his XYL, and a few sorters who
live close to Jack, WK3A and W3UR among them.

The New Address for the Bureau will be

The board and I greatly appreciate Jack stepping forward and taking on this
extremely important activity. We will provide Jack with any and all support
he requires to be successful in this endeavor.
