[NCDXA] Further Update on Near-Term w3 Incoming QSL Bureau activities and actions

To all,

1. The visit to the Clinton PO by K3EW, W3KX, WA3DVO and Roger Morales was
made  on 3/3/23 but the actions hoped for could not occur.  The box had to
be closed, to retrieve piled up mail, and Roger needed to show the paid
bill and cancelled check , for the year's payment, paid in December, to
close the box. We did not have either with us, We did go to Fred's place
and started to clear out the Bureau's cards there.
2. Jack, the new Bureau manager will go back to the Clinton Post office
early this coming week with Roger to close out the box, retrieve the piled
up received mail and transport them to Fred's QTH. This will enable Jack to
accurately size up the breadth of the task of sorting all of the found
cards and new mail retrieved from the post office.
3. We will still be assembling at Fred Laun's QTH, 5801 Huntland Road,
Temple Hills , MD 20748-3625, on 3/10/23 at 10AM to remove all of the mail,
cards, sorting bins and all other correspondence, material,
supplies,pertaining to the Bureau Operations., but with a reduced number of
folks.  The revised list of folks for this effort is W3KX, K3EW,
K4ZJ, W3UR,WK3A, N3QE.
4. We will still meet at Wiley, Rein and Fielding offices at 2050 M Street
NW, Washington DC but now at  8AM. We need to get started early.  We expect
the original list of attendees to stay the same and would welcome
additional assistance ; NN3W, W3KX, K3EW, K3LU, W3DQ, N3WD, WK3A, AE3T.
