     Motion and vote to make K3ZO Fred Laun (SK) an NCDXA Life member
without payment.

 Old Business

     Status of K3ZO memorial Call for NCDXA

     Status of K3ZO nominations to CQ DX Hall of Fame, Cq Amateur radio
Hall of Fame; Establish committee to work on nomination proposal to be
submitted to CQ.  ( Note that Fred was         inducted into the Cq COntest
Hall of Fame in 1993)

New Business

     Consideration of Tommy Owen's (N3TJO) credentials presented at this
time, his first meeting. Vote for membership will be held at his second
meeting.

     Request for monetary support to 2024 Clipperton Island DXpedition;
Discussion and vote.
