Rick,  Sorry for not responding earlier, but was celebrating the Jewish New
Year when your announcement came through.  Thank you for your
perseverance with the FCC examiners and appreciate you taking on the
trusteeship of the call for the Association.  I am definitely looking
forward to having members put Fred's call sign on the air, especially in
the DX contests that he loved so much.

I am going to send a note to Champ, E21EIC and let him know that we have
memorialized the callsign and that it belongs to the NCDXA.

In addition, we are going to have to get a couple of NCDXA members together
to take charge of writing up a Bio for QRZ.com. I am going to contact Ken
Claerbot , K4ZW to see if he would like to collaborate on the bio.
