HI Jack,
Thanks for the excellent job you are doing managing the W3 QSL Bureau. The entire NCDXA should understand the organization you have developed. I suggest we make the Zoom Meeting a part of one of the March Thursday night NDXCA meetings?

I am still waiting for QSL shipments from M0URX and M0OXO. It seems they have become very busy serving recent DXpedtions, so I guess it may be early Spring before I receive QSLs from them. I have agreed to be their drop-off point and will be forwarding their sorted QSLs to all stateside bureaus. The ARRL has agreed to cover my expenses. This was an agreement Fred had set up and I agreed to continue.

As always, if you will be unable to accept the shipment this week, please contact me as soon as possible, so your shipment can be delayed. You will receive an automated Email when the cards have been shipped with a tracking number.

Based on my past year's experience, it seems that when the QSL backlog reaches 50 lbs, it is time to ship QSLs. Last year there were seven shipments.

If this arrangement is no longer convenient for all, please contact me and I will make changes accordingly. Over $400 in shipping costs have been saved over retail USPS or UPS using pirateship.com <http://pirateship.com/>. The ARRL has finally gotten wind of this from another sorter and has suggested that other stateside bureaus look into use of pirateship.com <http://pirateship.com/> for their operation.
