[NCDXA] [W3 Incoming QSL Bureau] QSL Shipment Update and other things

Ed,

I agree and think it is a good idea. I was also hoping to have a
:"sorter-only" session.

I would like some suggestions on deciding what information to present to
the NCDXA membership. I have my own thoughts but welcome feedback from
others.
