[NCDXA] NCDXA Members coming to DXCC-East Convention on Aug. 25, 2012

Good Morning NCDXA Members:
 
In order plan better for our upcoming event, I would like to get a better understanding on which members in our club plan to attend our upcoming DXCC-East Convention on Aug. 25, 2012.
 
Our club members that have already registered on-line at http://www.dxcceast.com/ for dinner at the Convention on Aug. 25, 2012 are identified with Bold text below. If your name is not in bold, please let me know if you plan to come so we make sure you are taken care of in advance or complete the on-line registration effort using http://www.dxcceast.com/conference_registration.html
 
So far, we have 21 out of 51 members coming. Let's try to make it 100% if possible.
 
I would greatly appreciate your help and request that we get as close to 100% participation as possible from our club members. Others outside our club are monitoring our level of commitment before they commit to what we are doing so we need to lead by example. We have three grand prizes (i.e. IC-7600, FT-2000 and ACOm 1010) and you have a very good chance to win one.
