[NCDXA] [PVRC] FOWLFEST COST AND RESERVATION PAY PROCEDURE

On the subject of Fowlfest.
It is possible for me to set up the ability for anyone that wishes to order
the same T-shirts we got last year to do so directly online from the
supplier.  However, I would have to guarantee a minimum quantity to set the
price.  If the minimum is not met, the order would be cancelled at the set
deadline with no further obligation.

Let me know off-reflector if you're a candidate so I can see if it's worth
setting up.  The price will be around $16 at the minimum quantity of 8
pieces.
