General membership meeting, will be held concurrently with the joint
NCDXA/PVRC Fowlfest at Seneca Creek State park at approximately 1PM, on
8/26/23.

Agenda for the meeting:
1. K3ZO moment of Silence;  Comments/Anecdotes/Favorite on the air
remembrances of Fred/ Fred's DX operations.
2. N3WD presentation of his DXCC Credentials and DX operations; Vote on
admitting Bill to NCDXA
3. Support request from VK9XGM  Christmas Island (Nov 2023) (VK9XGM homepage
<https://www.vk9xgm.com/>),  and 5x3k Uganda 9/29-10/6/23  (Czech DX
pedition (cdxp.cz) <https://www.cdxp.cz/>
